data using Veritas NetBackup.
Harris Corporation Communications Division (contractor
from Tek Systems), Melbourne FL. Computer Systems Integration
Responsible for integrating the Harris Network Management (HNM) product
into customers' existing network environments. Installation process
requires interfacing with many different types of hardware using the ENM,
SNMP, SGA, and SCAN protocols. Customers are primarily CLECs utilizing
switches such as the Copper Mountain DSLAM and Lucent 5ESS and
Corporation (now known as L3 Technologies), Orlando FL. Computer

Responsible for administrating a 250 node TCP/IP network consisting of
Sun Ultra Enterprise and Dell Windows NT 4 servers, PC and Macintosh
computers, and Sun and SGI workstations. Addressed system configuration
and maintenance, file backups, E-mail, Internet proxy service, virus
scanning, data security, performance tuning, user support, and
documentation. Supported phone and voice mail services.
